​Travel Documents

Please ensure that you are in possession of the necessary travel documents - visa, passport, unabridged birth certificates and affidavits for children (as per new laws implemented in June 2015 and updated in 2025), etc. that may be required in respect of the proposed tour and itinerary.

It is of utmost importance that you thoroughly check your visa requirements before the intended date of travel, as TAS cannot be held responsible should the necessary visa requirements not be fulfilled. Passports MUST be valid for at least six months from your return home date. There must be at least three blank visa pages in the passport (not endorsement pages). You may be denied boarding if you do not have sufficient pages in your passports. 

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of necessary health and other certificates that may be required from time to time. TAS cannot guarantee the following items: Fuel surcharge, increase in entrance fees, government, regional levies and taxes. Airfares are subject to the prices and conditions quoted by the airlines and cannot be guaranteed by TAS. Airfare rates can only be confirmed once tickets are issued by the airline in case of route or price changes. Full payment is required for flights before tickets can be held or issued.

Insurance

It is your responsibility to take out your own insurance upon confirmation of the trip. It is STRONGLY recommended that you do so - to cover yourself and any guests for accidents, medical and emergency travel expenses, loss of luggage, cancellation and curtailment. Note that cancellation policies and penalties from our suppliers are strictly enforced. Travel insurance will cover unforeseen situations that might affect your ability to fulfil your travel obligations. TAS won't be held liable for any cancellation, medical and unforeseen circumstances, or resulting effect on international, domestic or regional flights or the continuation of your trip.

• Skukuza airport transfers based on 30 guests is bookable at R672.00 ($38.67) per trip

• KMI airport transfers based on 30 guests is bookable at R715.00 ($41.15) per trip
