Terms and Conditions

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS:


KRUGER LUXURY KING BEDDED ROOMS

- Single Room (1 person) at R4364.00 per night, dinner and breakfast included.
- Double (2 persons only) at R5185.00 per night, dinner and breakfast included.


KRUGER DELUXE FAMILY ROOMS WITH 2 QUEEN/KING BEDS
- Single Room (1 person) at R3404.00 per night, dinner and breakfast included.
- Double (2 persons only) at R4224.00 per night, dinner and breakfast included.

PAYMENT:

  • A 50% deposit is required no later than 9 August 2026 – 90 days prior the arrival date. You are encouraged to register - the sooner, the better - to ensure your room preferences. 

  • The final payment is required on 9 September 2026 - 60 days prior the arrival date

  • All rooms cancelled after 9 September 2026 will be charged 100% cancelation charges.

SURCHARGES -- payable in full directly to the hotel upon check in.

Approximate total for the following surcharges:
   R2872 per person based on 40 Pax

  • 4 X Tea

  • 2 X Lunch

  • River Boma Event (outside riverside braai, catering, buffet and bar)

  • Miscellaneous (Equipment, PA, etc.)

Once registered, you will be contacted by a hotel coordinator to complete your room booking and to book optional extras (game drives, spa appointments and transfers ) 
Note that the following optional extras are not included in the room and board
