Terms and Conditions

Note to those of you who have already registered:

Your registration has been processed and transferred to the Kruger Gate Hotel.

No further action on your part is required regarding registration.

Select Register with Kruger Gate Hotel to confirm your registration and room. Once completed and submitted, a contact person from the hotel will be in touch with you to finalize your booking, deposit/payment and special requests.

Registration includes Kruger Gate Hotel accommodation, breakfast and dinner.

You will be contacted by the hotel coordinator to finalize your booking and extras, as detailed on the Costs page.
Air tickets and other costs must be booked separately by each attendee.
