CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation Fees for Accommodation:
- All rooms cancelled after 9 September 2026 will incur a 100% cancellation fee
- Cancellations before 9 September 2026 will be 100% refunded less credit card and other bank processing fees

INCLUSIONS
Accommodation as per the attendee's choice above, subject to room type availability.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon teas:
Lunch on Day 1 to morning tea on Day 3, at specified meal times.
Use of specific Conference equipment: Data projector, White Screen, PA system and roving microphone, Flipchart & Paper, Conference notepads and pens, Technician on site (not exclusive)
Still and Sparkling bottled waters on the conference tables with a sweet selection
Gratuities 14% VAT and 1% Tourism Levy on the accommodation.
A credit card transaction fee of 3.5% may apply.

EXCLUSIONS
Lunch on Day of Departure
All Transportation services
All flights
All additional sightseeing tours and activities
Any accommodation upgrades beyond what was booked
Any items of a personal nature such as telephone calls, room service, food and beverages outside of meal times, curio purchases, laundry, etc Visa costs, Medical, Travel and Luggage insurance
